Legal information

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to keep track of you from one page to the next. Here is exactly what this one stores.

Why there is no banner to accept

Consent is only required for cookies that follow you around or serve you advertising. This site stores none: there is nothing to ask you, and we would rather spare you the extra click.

What this site stores

Name What it does Lifetime
creperie-du-port-session Keeps track of your visit from one page to the next — the language shown, for instance. 2 hours
XSRF-TOKEN Protects the site’s forms against fraudulent use from another site. 2 hours

Both cookies are necessary for the site to work. They are exempt from consent, and refusing them would simply stop the site from working.

What this site does not store

  • No advertising cookies, no profiling cookies.
  • No social network trackers: no “Like” buttons, no tracking pixels.
  • No third-party hosted measurement tool, Google Analytics included.
  • No sharing of your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Audience measurement, without cookies

We count visits to know which pages are genuinely useful. The software we use is hosted by us and set not to store any cookie: your visit is counted, not followed.

Outside content

A virtual tour and a map may one day be offered on this site. They will load only once you click: until you ask for them, no request is sent to the service providing them, and so no tracker is stored.

Clearing cookies yourself

Your browser lets you see which cookies are stored and delete them, site by site. The setting sits in the preferences, under “Privacy”. Deleting this site’s cookies costs you nothing: there is nothing to lose.
